This policy explains what information we collect on weaponsandwildflowers.com, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to sell you a product, run a session, and keep the site working.

Weapons & Wildflowers, LLC (“we,” “us”) runs this website. Contact: info@weaponsandwildflowers.com.
This website is operated in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
What we collect and why

Please do not put confidential project details or sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, health information, or government ID numbers) in booking forms or emails to us.
We do not have an email newsletter or mailing list. You can read our free sample online without giving us your email address. We will not add you to any marketing list.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
If we ever add advertising, tracking pixels, or a newsletter, we will update this policy before we do.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted services to run the business. Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy:
- Stripe — payment processing, receipts, and refunds (stripe.com/privacy)
- Calendly — session scheduling (calendly.com/privacy)
- Squarespace — website hosting and basic analytics (squarespace.com/privacy)
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or if the business is ever sold or transferred.
Cookies
Squarespace uses cookies to make the site work and to give us basic, summary visitor statistics. Stripe and Calendly may use their own cookies when you use their checkout or booking pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site should still work, though some features may not.
How long we keep it
- Purchase and payment records: kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (generally up to 7 years).
- Session booking details and emails: kept as long as useful for serving you, then deleted, usually within 2 years of your last contact.
- Site analytics: kept according to Squarespace’s standard settings.
Stripe, Calendly, and Squarespace keep the information they hold under their own policies. Backups may keep deleted data for a short time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct it
- Delete it (we may need to keep some records, like sales records, where the law requires)
To make a request, email info@weaponsandwildflowers.com from the email address you used with us. We aim to respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We rely on established providers (Stripe, Calendly, Squarespace) that use industry-standard security, and the site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
